Terms of Use, Payment & Privacy Policy
50% of the fee is usually payable up front, at least 1 month prior to the shoot depending on what type of package you have. This is the booking fee and means that I wont be able to book anyone else for your specified date and time.
Weddings will be 50% upfront when you sign the contract, at least 6 months in advance or at the time of booking with the remainder due 1 month before your big day.
All the photographs shown on this website have been taken by Buffy Thompson. Buffy Thompson retains copyright to all her own work and can use any photos on this website or in any of her marketing materials or as part of a blog etc. If you do NOT wish your photographs to be used in this way or shown in any form of social media, please make sure you request this in writing before the day of your shoot.
Buffy Thompson will not provide RAW or un-edited files, only Edited High Resolution Jpegs.
Any photographs you pay me to take and which you are then given are licensed to you for your own private use and you may of course share these with friends and family BUT if you wish to use any photographs taken by me for commercial purposes you must seek permission. My site does not collect any data like this and is managed through a platform called Wix.com. I do not collect, use or share any information on how my website is used or accessed by you, it is purely a site to showcase my work and allow you to contact me to book my services. Wix.com is also covered by it’s own privacy policy which is compliant with the GDPR.
Policy Revisions
Any changes to this website privacy policy will be promptly communicated on this website. Any such change will be prospective only and will not affect how I handle personal information submitted to me before the change occurs.
